My Marketing Assistant offers two plans – the Premier plan and the Premium plan. 

  • The Social Assistant Plan: $600 per month
    • This plan includes services such as creating your monthly social calendar, additional social media creation, social media scheduling, publishing, and scheduling to all of your social channels. You can submit 1 task daily and receive it completed within 48 hours.
  • The Marketing Assistant Plan: $1,300 per month
    • This plan includes everything in the Social Assistant Plan plus additional services such as content editing, video editing, audio editing, email automation workflows, video publishing, and custom video thumbnails. You can submit up to 2 tasks per day and receive a completed task within 24 hours.
  • The Team Assistant Plan: $3,500 per month
    • This plan includes everything in previous plans plus a dedicated assistant who will help with content writing, email writing, higher-level social videos like reels and stories for Instagram.

The turnaround time for most services at My Marketing Assistant is quick, with a 24-hour turnaround for Premium customers and 48-hours for Social Assistant customers. However, a few exceptions exist for larger tasks, such as social media content calendars. These take up to 72-hours. Our Marketing Assistant and Team Assistant customers enjoy a 24-hour turnaround on tasks.

My Marketing Assistant provides training for each marketing assistant on our team. In addition, we have detailed processes for each task and require assistants to submit tasks for quality control reviews before returning them to the customer. This quality control process ensures that the work meets high standards and is error-free.

We’ve hired vetted and experienced marketing professionals with a combined 40 years in the industry. Each of our team members participates in ongoing training. Plus, we’ve ensured that all work goes through our expertly crafted processes and a quality control review before it is returned to you.

My Marketing Assistant utilizes our dashboard to provide consistent updates on the status of your requests. You can receive notifications via email, SMS, or both. You can easily switch your notification preferences in our app.

We have a Slack integration for Team Assistant customers so you can communicate with your team anytime during business hours.

We’ve made delegating tasks super simple!  Your tasks move from your list to ours in just a few steps.

  • Log into your account. 
  • Click the “Create” button with a plus symbol next to it.
  • Select the type of task you want to submit.
  • Complete the necessary information.

And that’s it, we get to work!

Marketing Assistant and Team Assistant customers are able to submit up to 6 tasks at a time. Our team will work on 2 tasks simultaneously and complete at least one of your tasks daily, M-F 8 am EST – 5 pm PST.

Social Assistant customers are able to submit 1 task each day. Our team will complete at least one of your tasks every 48 hours, M-F 8 am EST – 5 pm PST.

Yes, every My Marketing Assistant plan comes with unlimited revisions so that clients can request revisions or changes to a marketing task at any stage of the process. We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with the work delivered. Please allow 24 hours per revision.

Approving a task is easy within the My Marketing Assistant app.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Select the project ready for review. 
  • Click the “approve” button if you are satisfied with the work. OR 
  • Request changes or revisions through the dashboard.

To change your subscription tier with My Marketing Assistant, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. 

If you choose to upgrade, your subscription can be prorated for the remainder of the month. 

If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect the following month.

We value your security and strive to keep your accounts as secure as possible. We have step-by-step guides to help you grant our team the needed authorization to complete the marketing tasks you delegate.

That said, you can provide access to your brand accounts by whatever method you are most comfortable with. Most clients have provided access via a shared Google doc or through a password management app such as Last Pass. We are happy to discuss this during your onboarding call too.

My Marketing Assistant does not offer refunds on any of our services, but you are able to cancel your service at any time to take effect at the time of your monthly renewal.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Plans renew monthly, and your service will not be canceled until the end of your last paid month.
